This plan is geared for new cyclists and individuals who are new into getting and staying fit.
Plan includes:
Fitness coaching, custom training plans, weekly plan adjustments based on your load adaptations, 1 hour per month phone / video calls and up to 4 emails / texts per month.
Intermediate Plans
$675 month
This plan is geared for the seasoned cyclist or fitness enthusiast.
Plan includes:
Specific training coach for the discipline required, customized training plans, unlimited training adjustments, 3 times a week training plan adjustments if needed depending on your adaptation to training load, unlimited text / emails communications and specific training plans to offset your limiters.
Advanced Plans
$1250 month
This plan is geared for the experienced cyclist who are familiar with training plans and block / periodic training & peaking and fitness athlete who are familiar with workout plans geared toward peaking periods.
Plan includes:
Results oriented coaching, unlimited training plans adjustments based on adaptability, daily training file analysis, unlimited coaching communications via phone / video, personalized structured training plans based on your limiters and 7 day training camp at coaches location. *Athlete covers airfare
